Based in Manchester city centre you'll be able to build off the back of this already-established brand and create a new arm to the business.

You'll need to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, so they need someone who is currently billing on a day-to-day basis.

The MD will then support you with your personal development.

They currently recruit across the Northwest, Midlands, London, Yorkshire, and the Northeast. The vision is that you will initially focus on the Manchester area but if you are established in another area/city that is fine.

You'll have a top-of-the-range CRM system, LinkedIn Recruiter, and access to any job boards you feel are relevant. They are willing to invest where they need to get things done and grow the business.

They work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, have a commission scheme that pays up to 30% on billings, have a mental health support scheme, enhanced maternity leave, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and an extra day for each year of service, and reduced working hours outside of term time.

Oh, and you can forget about one of those stuffy KPI-focused environments - they just focus on key metrics and outcomes.
