Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief. Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and candidates.
Provide exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment process to clients and candidates.

· Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams
· Create regular social media postings to engage with the candidate community
· Provide support with invoice collection and aged debtors
· Update the CRM / Database with unsubscribe and new contact information for client and candidate
· Answer the business telephone in a professional manner, taking messages when required
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function:
· Provide first line support for all enquiries
· Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation
· Provide support to ensure that the candidates and clients always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service
· Comply with company management systems, payroll and billing policies and procedures including accurate database management
· Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database
· Sales, Business Admin, Customer Service or HR qualification
· Level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English
Previous sales, business admin, customer service, HR and recruitment experience
· Knowledge of recruitment software or CRM systems
· Meet and Exceed Targets: You should have a proven track record of achieving and surpassing recruitment targets. You should be committed to adopting and promoting best practices in recruitment. Safer recruitment and safeguarding is part of our DNA.
