We are looking for creative, friendly and hard-working individuals to join the Hosting team at Bond No.28 Tombland. At Bond, our teams are sociable and friendly with a focus on outstanding customer service, all while having fun with teammates who swiftly become friends.

Bond is a luxurious cocktail bar with a beautiful private garden, located in the heart of Tombland in a neo-Georgian listed building. Only the best, most premium spirits are used to ensure the highest quality cocktails.

As a host/hostess your key duties will include;
- Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner, consistently demonstrating great customer service.
- Having a good knowledge of the menu and styles of service we provide.
- To take food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally ensuring all information is correct.
- To be efficient in keeping your tables clean and tidy throughout the night.
- To provide excellent table service to match our premium aesthetic.
- To promote a good team spirit and good relationship within the restaurant/bar.
- To inform supervisors/managers of all guest comments and requirements that cannot be resolved immediately.
- Ensure that all customers have a great experience by being upbeat, friendly and super-efficient.
- Have a thorough understanding of what offers our venue has.
- Have a total understanding of all the products on the menu, and to share this with the customer. Know what it is, how to describe its taste and the price.
- Financial responsibility for tabs/bills during service.
- Maintain high standards throughout your shift, make sure nothing is left unfinished at the end of your shift.
- Maximise sales and revenue by working efficiently.
- Complete all assigned opening and closing procedures and running duties.
- Personally deal with any complaints that may arise during the service period in a cool, calm and collected manner at all times.
- Quarterly training to ensure the highest standards are always maintained.

Flexible Working Options Available:

- Part-time ~ 15-25 hours

**Salary**: £8-£10.00 per hour
