**Host/Hostess - Norwich, zero hours contract**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our hospitality team as a Host at St Johns House in Norwich. If you have a flair for hospitality, have high standards and great communication skills, this could be the ideal role for you.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide an outstanding food and drink service to our residents, families and guests.
- Prepare tea and coffee to residents.
- Preparation and delivery of meal trays to residents’ rooms, ensuring attractive presentation.
- Delivering the food/beverage trollies as required by the chef.
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained throughout.
- Hygiene and cleanliness are paramount along with ensuring all areas are kept tidy and secure.

Every Host will receive a full induction on commencement of employment ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and has a good understanding of their role and our high standards and ethos of the business.

Throughout your time with us we positively encourage further training through **National Vocational Qualifications**. This is available throughout all areas of our business to include all employees.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £5.70-£10.60 per hour
