**Business Development Consultant**

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, one of central London’s most successful independent estate agents. We are looking for a Business Development Consultant who can generate and foster growth for the company through research, pursuing new businessleads and managing and monitoring existing client databases. The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional inter-personal skills.

This is a great opportunity to establish yourself within property and work with a company that can offer you real long term career development. Initially the earning potential in year 1 is £32k + OTE.

**Job role and responsibilities**

- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Keep the prospective client database updated
- Maintain knowledge of all product and services we offer
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
- Analysing business aspects in various departments and seeking opportunities for growth
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers
- Contacting new clients in new markets to expand the business
- Contributing to creative discussions and decision-making about business growth
- Data entry

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills

**Business Development Skills and Qualifications**:
Marketing, Sales, Proposal Writing, Customer Relationship Management, Communication, Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Attention to Detail, Calculation, Presentation, Self-Reliance, Team Player, Persuasion, Organisation, Enthusiasm.

This is a lead generator role, there will be a small amount of training but essentially it is to utilise our existing databases to generate new business for either sales or lettings. The role can be office or home based, if office based then there will bemore weighting on basic, if working from home it will be more commission lead.

**Salary/Benefits**:

- £15k - £20k basic salary
- Commission (£50 - £100 per lead leading to an instruction for the company)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00
- Hybrid role (2-3 days per week in the office)
