My client based in Ipswich Town Centre are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant / Team Secretary to support 4 members of the senior management team, and to support with day to day secretarial duties, such as organising travel and accommodation arrangements.

**What’s involved?**
- You will be responsible for the coordination of the senior management team, such as getting involved with coordinating diaries, planning events and booking in meetings etc.
- You will be looking after the booking of travel, and accommodation for staff members when required.
- Dealing with expense claims and other tasks in support of the smooth operation of the business
- You will need to have excellent communication skills and will also have relevant experience in a PA/Secretary role.

**Why you?**

You will have had previous experience within a similar secretary / Personal Assistant role. You will have great communication skills and will be able to work well to support the wider business, and senior management team. You will need to be flexible duringyour working hours, as you are managing and supporting 4 members of senior management, so on a day to day basis, things may come up that require urgent attention.
