**Job Title: Design & Sales (desk based)**

Reports To: Design & Sales Manager
Location: Richmond Office

**Overview**

To join and assist the busy design team of a rapidly growing e-commerce brand and become a dependable member of the wider group of companies. The Air Shop is a young, dynamic, and rapidly expanding business, offering end users an unrivalled technical, product specification and residential ventilation design service.

**Job Purpose**

There are several key functions to this role; to manage assigned CRM leads, day to day customer communication, offering technical advice and support; with a Sales focus on project/design services, and a ‘handholding’ service post sale.

There is steady development into Designing MVHR/Ventilation schematics, using Adobe Illustrator/ AutoCAD, and the ownership of Key Customer Accounts.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Developing CRM leads to paying customers - desk based sales
- Contacting existing leads to catch up on developments and returning custom
- Providing full quotations for the supply of goods as requested by the customer
- Providing full quotations in accordance with MVHR designs
- Designing MVHR systems from floor plans and architectural drawings
- Using the website and other sources to develop your product and industry knowledge
- Converting Quotations into a Sales order and Purchase orders
- Offering advice/knowledge on air quality, ventilation problems, and their solutions

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**

**Formal Qualifications**
- GCSE’s Maths & English required
- A-Levels preferred
- Undergraduate Degree (not essential)

**Specific Skills**
- Customer focused approach to work
- Good written and verbal communications
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
- Fast learning on new inventory and ordering systems.
- Organisational and time management

**Experience**
- Sales experience - preferred
- Experience with e-commerce/CRM systems - Expected, but not essential
- No Experience of ventilation required
- Design experience with Adobe software - Preferred but essential
- Design experience with AutoCAD - preferred but not essential

Job Role: 5 Days per week at Richmond based offices.

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
