**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
