We’re looking for four **Warehouse Team Leaders** to join us in Trafford Park, Manchester. Working for a prestigious new customer, you will lead a high performing team of flexible and engaged colleagues, focusing on delivering operational excellence at all times.

These are full-time, permanent positions, where you’ll work on an any 5 from 7 shift basis. We are flexible to consider you working a set 06:00 - 14:00 shift, a set 14:00 - 22:00 shift, or even rotating weekly between the two.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
You’ll be paid a salary of up to **£26,000** per annum. You’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. You’ll have access to a workplace pension, our GXO University which provides you the opportunity to learn new skills and gain qualifications at a pace that you’re comfortable with. What you’ll do on a typical day: *

Lead and manage the warehouse operatives on shift, striving to maximise productivity, quality and efficiency across the operation
- Continuously monitor, review and act upon available operational reports ensuring quality and performance are never compromised
- Ensure team members are multi-skilled through planned training, coaching and development
- Encourage self-development by setting project work, measuring the improvement in performance and increasing responsibility, thereby promoting a culture of employee engagement

Experience of working within a complex, fast moving warehouse environment at supervisor level
- Excellent** **organisational and problem-solving skills, adaptable and able to work within a rapidly changing environment
