**Regional New Business Development Manager** who has experience prospecting and sourcing new business and presenting to clients in person and online with excellent negotiation skills and closing sales is required for a well-established OccupationalHealth and Wellbeing Solutions Consultancy.

Ideally you will have previous field sales experience, developing new business and selling into the NHS, preferably covering drug and alcohol testing or similar products and services.

**SALARY**:£35,000 per annum (Basic Salary) /£50,000 OTE (uncapped commission structure) + Company Car or Car Allowance + Benefits

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Regional New Business Development Manager who has experience prospecting and sourcing new business and presenting to clients in person and online with excellent negotiation skills and closing sales.

Working as a Regional New Business Development Manager you will be field-based and will work remotely from home, generating leads and appointments with NHS decision makers, which will require client visits to present the company’s products and services.Presentations and client meetings will also be carried out online.

As the Regional New Business Development Manager you will need excellent prospecting, negotiating and sales skills. With the ability to open doors, reach the right people and provide quotations.

**DUTIES**

Your duties as a Regional New Business Development Manager will include:

- Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Keep abreast of competitor developments
- Work within agreed profitability levels
- Ensure company awareness of any customer contractual requirements
- Produce formal quotations
- Provide customer demonstrations

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent or have previous direct field sales experience or experience working within the healthcare profession, preferably within drug and alcohol testing and selling into the NHS
- Good presentation skills both face-to-face and online
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised with excellent time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
