**Job Title: Part-Time Office Administrator**
**Location: Romford**
**Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Pro-Rata (depending on experience)**
**Hours of Work**:20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (flexible on start and finish time)
**Summary of Position**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join our client who specialise within cleaning products. The Part-Time Office Administrator will be expected to support with all areas of administration and human resources.
**The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:
- Maintain all company policies and procedures for the business
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Produce relevant reports and information for the management team
- Develop and manage the recruitment processes, ensuring resourcing needs are met within budget
- Carry out new starter inductions
- Organising and filing employee paperwork
- Provide information for payroll on starters, leavers, and employee personal or employment changes, including contracts/amendments
- Arranging and scheduling training programme and documentation
- Provide support to managers
- Support change management processes
- Experience working within a similar role and/or a small business
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
- Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team
- Good decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent IT Skills, including MS Office
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
