**About the role**
- Audit Wales is looking to recruit permanent and fixed term vacancies at Senior Auditors to join our Audit Services team with vacancies currently available in our North Wales team._
- Are you currently working within a finance team but looking for a new challenge or working within audit but would like the challenge of a new sector?_
- Yes? then our Senior Auditor role may be what you are looking for. You will be a qualified CCAB accountant with experience either in audit or within an accounting setting. Experience of the public sector is desirable but not essential, but you will be a committed team player, keen to improve the outcomes of the citizens of Wales._
- We are looking for highly motivated people to be part of our energetic and resilient teams. You will be confident in maintaining ownership of your own work and will bring your accounting audit experience through your CCAB accreditation._
- Being GREAT is at the heart of everything we do, we are looking for someone who has a passion for making a difference to the public sector through sound judgment and excellent analytical and communication skills._

- **Assure** the people of Wales that public money is being managed well through our annual audit of public sector accounts.

**What it’s like to work in Audit Services**
- As a Senior Auditor, you will work within Audit Services. Audit Services delivers both financial audit and performance audit. The Senior Auditor role supports the delivery of the financial audits of public sector clients. Our teams are split geographically, North, West and South Wales._
- While we operate a hybrid working model, Senior Auditors are expected to be on site with their teams for at least two days per week._
