**IMMEDIATE START - Total Fixed 16 hours per week. You will work at our offices, Birmingham B66 4BL.**

**This is a long term position.**
We require an experienced telephone sales staff member to join our team, selling optical frames and cases to UK independent opticians. Our optical frames are similar to the ones you find in Vision Express/ Specsavers/ Boots etc. We are a new company looking to grow and this is an exciting opportunity to sell very well made optical products to opticians. You will be selling business to business (b2b) only.
**Role Overview**:
This telephone sales role is solely focussed on opening up new customer accounts from scratch. You will need to cold call UK optician stores chat with them to discuss their current suppliers and their potential needs. Ultimately we want you to get new opticians to buy our frames and glasses cases.
We will provide you with a customer list of potential optical stores. You will be required to use this customer list and make your own sales calls trying to speak with the practice owners and decision makers and keep following up with them until a sale is made.
**Salary**
You will be paid a flat salary of £180.00 for the 16 hours.
If you excel in the tele sales role, later you will be offered a more senior position in telesales team with higher pay and more opportunities in the company.
**Requirements**:
- You must speak perfect English for this role.
- You must have had minimum 5 years telesales experience, specifically cold call/ lead generating.
- If you do not have cold call sales experience, with references of the companies you have worked for you and the results you achieved you will be rejected immediately.
- You must be hard working, honest, organised, persistent and create your own leads and follow up yourself.
- You must have very strong telephone selling skills to convince opticians to stock our frames.
- You will have to work at our offices, this is an office based role only.
