JLL is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telesales Consultant to join our team in Birmingham.

About the Role

As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and generating business for our UK Estate Agency business. You will work closely with our teams to ensure seamless communication and meet daily KPIs and monthly/yearly fee targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls and qualifying leads
  • Generating business through outbound telesales
  • Ensuring daily KPIs and monthly/yearly fee targets are met
  • Following procedures to ensure service standards are consistent
  • Seeking opportunities to increase revenue for the department

Requirements

  • Business savvy
  • Strong sales skills
  • Knowledge of the UK Residential property industry (preferred)
  • Ability to work under pressure with a degree of flexibility
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and excellent timekeeping

What We Offer

Base Salary: £25,000

OTE: £50,000

Uncapped commission
