Looking for a new role in a small supportive team? Do you have strong organisational skills and want to work in an academy making a positive impact to young people’s lives?

**We’re looking for a Cover & Data Administrator to join our team for 33.75 hours per week, term time only**

As a Cover & Data Administrator you’ll be responsible for the management of day-to-day cover requirements for staff absence using SIMS Cover Manager and liaising with Internal Cover Supervisors and external supply agencies. You will also input, collate and retrieve data, from a variety of sources, using computerised systems.

At the top of your game, you’ll work well as part of a small team, collaborate effectively with other adults and have strong organisational skills. You’ll need to be an enthusiastic team player with the ability to use initiative, work independently and stay organised.

You’ll do all this whilst capturing the spirit of our vision and values and whilst role-modelling exceptional professional behaviours.

Contract: 33.75 hours per week, term time only + 5 days
Start time between 7.00am - 7.30am and finish 2.15 - 2.45pm
FTE £24,496 - £26,845 Actual salary: £19,135 to £21.441
