**About the Role**

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to work closely with our management team to provide a comprehensive, efficient and proactive administrative service. This role will entail:

- Processing financial information (including monthly management accounts and purchase ordering)
- Record, diary and event management.
- Ensuring local policy and procedures are adhered to and kept up to date
- Directly supporting the Facilities/service manager and other senior staff
- Line managing ancillary staff alongside the facilities manager
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and Risk Assessments including IOSH.
