When you join our team, you will become involved in supporting or delivering some of the biggest and most complex machinery installation and relocation projects in the world. Our people are experts in a diverse range of industries including automotive, aerospace, infrastructure, print, packaging, FMCG, metals and many more.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Continue to build our market position within all territories by developing and setting up communication and Brand image for the Group in line with the strategy
- Brand awareness: Promote our services, global scale and drive recruitment
- Present our company to a high standard - online and offline
- Strengthen internal communication through multiple channels with consistent branding
- Identify new opportunities for internal engagement
- Identify and analyse opportunities for the Company to develop through social media, website and marketing campaigns
- Support Group Activity, including Leadership Conference preparation

**Requirements**:
**Role Requirements**:

- Manage SEO Specialist (1 FTE)
- Manage Remote Assistant ( 0.75 FTE)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative
- Engage and manage freelance contractors to support literature design & Copywrite
- Design, maintain and communicate Beck & Pollitzer Group literature
- Produces literature for the Group, including photo/video/artwork/copyrighting
- Develop high-impact and focused advertising that delivers new leads
- Ensures online presence is kept to the highest levels, including social/web/SEO
- Create an annual Brand and Marketing plan
- Budget responsibility for Marketing Budget
- Work with the wider organisation to ensure internal and external messages are coordinated and consistent
- Prepare presentations, newsletters, reports, briefing papers and presentations for meetings/conferences as required
- Support attendance to fairs and exhibitions to raise the company’s profile
- Engages with the Operational team to gather Case Studies, photographs and other material
- Liaise with the Recruitment team to ensure

- Experience designing and developing artwork and literature (3-5 years)
- Able to demonstrate logical career progression and a strong track record of delivering marketing projects
- Brand Management Experience
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Desirable_
- Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
- A degree in marketing, communication, or relevant discipline (not essential but an advantage)
- Knowledge or experience of working within an engineering services organisation
- Experience working with WordPress, Canva
- Type of contract - one year replacement (with the possibility of a permanent position)
