Providing maternity cover for 12 months.

Hours: 40 per week Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Customer Service Advisor** to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our increasingly busy site in Plymouth.

As a Customer Service Advisor you are the first point of contact. You will liaise with the customer, the Bodyshop and any 3rd parties to ensure each and every customer has a first-class service. Teamwork is vital, as you will be working with colleagues in the Bodyshop and across other functional areas. **A full UK manual driving licence** is essential for the role.

Responsibilities include:

- Booking customer cars in for repair/attention
- Preparing job cards and files as necessary
- Maintaining an efficient and effective filing system for associated paperwork
- Providing vehicle progress reports
- Arranging and allocating courtesy cars
- Collecting payments

You'll need to be flexible as no two days are the same.
