Actual Salary £17,284.90- £18,254.00
32.5 hours per week - term time only

We are currently looking to appoint a permanent Behaviour Mentor to support children to achieve their potential.

Key area of responsibility:
Provide support to children, to overcome any barriers to learning and improve behaviour both inside and outside school.

Experience and essential attributes:
? Experience of working with pupils demonstrating challenging behaviour or dealing with disadvantaged circumstances.

? Experience of supporting pupils with specific needs, including behaviour.

? Experience of working with children and their emotional needs.

? Understand the need for confidentiality and ensure clear and sensitive communication.

? Ability to build positive relationships with children and their families.

? NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience.
