**Salary**:£10.78 per hour

**Contract **duration**:Fixed term contract until 31-Oct-2024

**Hours/working pattern**:Low season 7.5 - 15hrs per week, up to 30 at peak times and to cover leave and sickness where needed.

What you'll be doing:The Welcome Team here at Carding Mill valley is the first face of the National Trust when visitors arrive. It could be as simple as hello and good morning with a warm welcome, but is often so much more than that. You’ll be checking memberships, taking payment for parking from non-member visitors and enjoying a varied day that may include keeping the countryside free of litter, engaging with visitors and talking about the value and benefits of the different ways they can support us and the ongoing conservation work we do here.

Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide. This role would suit anyone with an enthusiasm for delivering great customer service.
