**Nightshift - 25.5 hours per week - 10.30pm-7am working hours**

We are looking for a Customer Interaction Adviser to join our amazing Customer Services team. You will provide an effortless and exceptional customer experience to create loyalty and additional revenue by working in a multi-channel customer solutions environment and problem solve in the moment to find solutions and resolutions to customer issues.

**What you will be doing**:
As a Customer Interaction Adviser, you will provide an effortless and exceptional customer experience to create loyalty and additional revenue by working in a multi-channel customer solutions environment.

You will problem solve in the moment to find solutions and resolutions to customer issues and complaints; turn a detractor into a promoter and collaborate cross functionally to deliver an exceptional service, while finding opportunities and leads for Key and Corporate Sales Communities and qualify with great questioning.

You will be skilled in all channels to support customers in their channel of choice to optimise their experience and process credits and refunds to support returns and replacements.

- Experience in working in a multi-channel environment.
- Excellent organisational skills: effective and efficient use of time and resources in order to meet all deadlines and deliver quality results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be proactive and demonstrate initiative.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations, demonstrating flexibility, and taking on other duties as assigned.
- Instinctive and consistent focus customers’ needs delivering quality and accuracy even when under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
