Incident Management Specialist (Hybrid, London / Cambridge)

1 year Fixed Term Employment

This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing an all-hazards incident management framework across AVEVA, working with stakeholders from across the business to enhance AVEVA’s preparedness and response capability to disruptive events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and maintain centralised incident management processes, tools, templates and plans
- Test incident management processes and communication internally as well as working with Scheider Electric to align and coordinate effectively
- Support the Head of Group Crisis Management in developing and delivering all hazards incident management training programme
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop function and team specific incident response plans.
- Collaborate with AVEVA cybersecurity to build 24/7 all-hazards incident reporting, triage and initial response capability
- Manage AVEVA Incident Management Team membership
- Conduct scheduled communication tests to ensure the activation and escalation process works
- Provide response support to the team where required.

Essential experience and skills:

- All-hazards Incident management and response experience
- All-hazards incident planning experience
- Experience designing and delivering all-hazards incident management training and exercises
- Experience using employee notification systems
- Ability to understand and produce high quality reporting and analysis.
- Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and a high degree of diplomacy.
- Be able to effectively prioritise, manage competing deadlines, and respond to changing priorities.
