We are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for an engineering organisation based in Stockton on Tees, Teesside. You will be working as part of a very friendly team of 7 in the accounts department, and this role is focussed on Purchase Ledger. This is a full time, permanent, office based role. Duties will include:

- Processing invoices
- Payment Runs
- Supplier Queries
- Statement Reconciliations
- Set up new suppliers
- Manage Finance inboxes
- Petty Cash
- Verifying bank details
- Credit card/expense processing
- Occasional bank reconciliations
- Adhoc payments
- Adhoc admin duties

**You will need**:

- Previous experience in high volume purchase ledger
- Team player with good communication skills
- Experienced excel user or an interest to learn
- Good IT skills
- Can work alone and use own initiative.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
