Design and Sales Consultant

This role will be ideal for someone with design experience that is willing to grow into a sales role.

Interpak Ltd is a well established business in High Wycombe. We manufacture and design protective foam packaging along with other packaging material.

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing new products to customer requirements
- Driving and delivering new sales
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand business opportunities
- Identify potential clients and conduct research to understand their needs and preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Meeting with prospective clients, showcasing the value of our products and services
- Negotiate pricing and closing deals with clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain social media platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, etc)
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management

**Requirements**:

- Design experience
- Ability and willingness to sell products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Travel to new and existing clients in the UK
- Experience in the Foam Packaging Industry would be a bonus

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
