**Position Summary**

Progress Housing Group are looking for a Caretaker to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to create high-quality homes, support independence, and foster opportunities for individuals and communities.

As a Caretaker you will be responsible for undertaking building inspections, overseeing cleaning of communal areas, managing orders for equipment, carrying out minor repairs, liaising with contractors, working alongside support site teams, and traveling between properties. You must be able to perform physical tasks required for the job and a valid UK driving license is required.

**What we need you to bring**:

- Possession of a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
- Ability to handle physical demands associated with the role, including lifting and extended periods of standing
- Willingness to work with tenants who may have additional needs, such as autism and mental health
- Motivated and customer focused
