A fantastic Job opportunity has arisen for a fun loving childcare worker to join our team at Time-Out Club, Bearsden & Milngavie Area.
We are a voluntary run, community organisation. We have been delivering quality childcare in Milngavie and Bearsden for 32 years. We manage five separate play settings, providing child care for over two hundred families within our community. Time out club is a voluntary organisation run by parents, a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee and is regulated and inspected by the Care Inspectorate.
Our ethos is child-centred, community based, and our profile is one of professionalism, which enables us to work within the required legislative and regulatory framework of our profession. Our aim is to provide children with an environment where they can play, learn new skills, and meet new friends.
Applicants must have qualifications and experience of working with children with a keen attitude to learn and further develop their skills.
We are looking for someone who wants a new exciting challenge, that also possess a fun loving, common sense nature. You will need to be someone who thrives on challenge, is resourceful and confident, highly motivated and committed to ensuring high quality outcomes at all times. Knowledge and understanding of child development and of how children interact. Understanding of children’s and family’s needs and of the multi-cultural society we live in, Knowledge and ability of how to be motivated and organised. Ability to plan and implement a programme of activities, to review and evaluate practice in the play-setting.
We offer you, SSSC paid registration, full induction, support, mentoring and guidance. Planned and organised training and opportunities to attain additional qualifications. Formal supervision and appraisal systems are in place.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £10.30-£11.45 per hour
