**Senior Executive, Trade and MICE**:

**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?**
- Reporting to dual managers, you will assist in executing trade and MICE marketing campaigns and events that are aimed to build and maintain relationships with the travel industry, and to ultimately drive leisure and MICE visitations.
- Support and educate MICE & travel trade through sales calls, educational programmes and webinars.
- Produce reports and research market intelligence/trends.
- Ensure full internal policy compliance when executing campaigns and ensure effective utilisation in achieving objectives/KPIs.
- Represent the HKTB at functions and project a positive image of Hong Kong and the HKTB.
- Undertake any other duties/special assignments as directed by the Senior Managers, MICE & Trade or Director, UK and Northern Europe.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and with an eye for detail.
- Resourceful, proactive team player who can support different stakeholders to reach business goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willingness to travel.

**LOCATION**:

- The position is located in our London office.
- We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
