Customer Service Advisor - £22,000 DOE - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - Milton Keynes

We have a fantastic opportunity for customer service enthusiasts to join our Client Support team and be the voice of Atlantic for our customers base of 15,000 clients, including large sporting institutions, governing bodies, and national health service.

**Who are Atlantic Data?**

We specialise in web-based software solutions, assisting our clients with the streamlining of essential HR, recruitment, and DBS processes. Through a mix of innovative technology and operational excellence, we’ve become a leading provider of criminal recordchecking services in the UK.

**What’s the role?**

As our Customer Service Advisor you’ll provide an efficient and professional advisory service to a range of clients, offering legislative guidance in relation to their employee background checking and provide first-line technical support for the softwarethey use.

We’ll look to you to 'own’ customer queries through to a positive resolution, giving you that 'buzz’ of success and job satisfaction. With Atlantic being in a unique and interesting sector, each query will keep the role fresh and engaging.

**Who are you?**

With over a years’ customer service experience, preferably within a B2B environment, you’re at ease with handling complex queries and able to break down any issue into bitesize, easy to follow, guidance.

You treat every call as if it’s your first of the day, ensuring each one is handled in a positive, clear, and supportive way. Actively listening to your customer’s needs, and recognising their journey, you provide direction on their next steps, not justtheir current hurdle.

You’re a team player, always looking to get involved and support your colleagues by offering guidance and contributing to the team’s success.
