- We’re looking for someone like that who can lead the IB COO Data teams and support the Digital Platforms teams. You will:
- ensure the IB is well positioned to address forthcoming data and artificial intelligence challenges;
- support the development of the IB’s data and AI strategy and associated governance framework and its communication to internal and external stakeholders including regulators
- champion Data Governance for the Investment Bank, maintaining effective processes to ensure compliance with the Group Data Management Policy whilst delivering value to the business
- support the wider global Digital Platforms organisation with analysis, project management and delivery oversight capabilities to the control environment globally within Digital Platforms across the Investment Bank

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the IB COO team reporting to the Head of IB Change with a secondary reporting line to the Head of IB Digital Platforms. The IB Change and Digital Platforms team work closely together to deliver the change agenda for the IB and deliver on the IB’s data and AI agenda (run and change). Your direct team will be approximately 60 people and include the Data Management Office, the AI & Data Centres of Excellence and Digital Platforms COO teams.

**Your expertise**
- good understanding of Investment Banking business and strong Finance knowledge
- fluent written and spoken English, with good presentation skills and an ability to negotiate and influence others
- a strong work ethic and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver to deadline, able to manage tasks across multiple areas and interact with senior stakeholders in multiple locations
- experience in data and/or artificial intelligence, as a user, developer or leader
- proven problem solving and organisational skills - high attention to detail is critical
- experience in leading global teams, and willing to be based in London or New York
- results orientated with a track record for delivering continuous process improvement
