- Experience within the **financial services industry** is desirable but not required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The main part of this role is dealing with customers who have purchased a vehicle from First Response, and they are unhappy with the quality of it. It is your job to **investigate** whether the** issues on the vehicle were there when the customer got it** or are because of **general wear and tear **over time.
- You will need to **contact the customer, dealer and other third parties** to obtain **all the information** to help you make a decision.
- Once your investigation has been completed and you have decided on what you are going to do, you will need to **communicate this to your customer** via a letter. It is important that this letter is **structured and clear **to the customer with details of what you have **investigated, the outcome, and the reason for your decision.**
