Castlefield Recruitment are working with a housing association based near Liverpool to recruit a Financial Planning Business Partner. They are a highly regarded employer in the local area with a V1 rating. They offer an extremely flexible working pattern andonly require you in the office 1 day a week.
**Role**:
Working closely with the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the group’s financial planning.
**Responsibilities;**
- Managing the group’s financial plans including stress testing, mitigation plans, and the asset and liability register, financial regulatory reporting, financial policy and procedure, and financial master data
- Providing a business partnering approach to the specialist support activities involved in financial planning, treasury & tax, financial policy and procedure
- Developing and enhancing the strategic business plan in conjunction with the Financial Controller and Head of Financial Investment through Brixx
- Integrating long term financial planning into the Group’s performance planning, budgeting and reporting cycle
- Providing updated models and scenario analysis to directors to enable review and approval of development proposals
- Develop in-house expertise and procedures for the stress testing of strategic plans

**Person:
The successful Accountant will be**:

- CCAB/CIMA qualified or QBE
- Financial planning or business planning experience
- Social housing experience would be beneficial, but not essential
- Ability to effectively work from home
