**The role**

Introducing Nasty Gal. A vintage-inspired lifestyle brand that began in California in 2006. Nasty Gal is known for their statement pieces, elevated essentials, and effortless collaborations with some of our favourite muses.

**Your team**

The brand marketing team works across all areas of organic marketing including social media, influencer outreach, events, collection launches, press and VIP activity. You will part of this team and work closely with other departments across the business including creative, buying, digital, design and merch. The team recently spent time in New York for a Times Square catwalk activation and pop-up store in Soho.

**What you'll be doing**

The Marketing Assistant role will suit someone immersed within the world of fashion and social media, who understands the latest trends across fashion, lifestyle, influencer and social. Life at Boohoo Group is incredibly fast paced so someone who has a can-do and positive outlook is essential. No day will be the same as the role assists all elements of the Brand team so a clear communicator who is confident, approachable and adapt in forming key stakeholder relationships is vital.
- Support in the maintenance of brand marketing calendars
- Schedule social content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Threads and Facebook
- Create engaging social content on shoot days
- Help with collaborator management including influencer gifting
- Liaising with press on day-to-day activity, call-ins and proactively pitching to achieve press KPIs
- Assist in collation of sample trackers, campaign sample management, senior team expenses and invoices
- Assist in presentation and strategy research from brand appropriate influencer partners to industry research
- Assist in creation of campaign and collaboration reporting
- Drive brand partnerships, from research to outreach and final live partnership
- Contribute ideas and industry trends - all team members ideas are vital
- Deliver on agreed KPIs

**More about you**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel is key
- Understanding of Adobe, InDesign and Photoshop beneficial but not essential
- Experience working with a brand marketing, PR either in-house or agency role at a junior / assistant level would be beneficial
- Excellent time management - deadlines are critical and attention to detail
- Passion for communications, social media and retail marketing in general
- An intense interest in fashion and related fields i.e. music / arts / beauty / film and television
- Strong communication skills. The role involves liaising with colleagues and stakeholders both internal and external
- Flexible, adaptable working style with a ability to learn quickly and multi-task
