**What to expect from the role**:
PGI’s HR and Recruitment functions continue to expand, driving our successful growth. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be the first point of contact all future employees of PGI and the responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Working closely with management to support current and future recruitment needs.
- Writing job adverts and posting them online across multiple channels.
- Conducting, and facilitating interviews for hiring managers.
- Handle the pre-onboarding of new employees.
- Preparing hiring paperwork and information packs
- Maintain interview and hiring records.
- Provide meaningful reports and evidence-based benchmarking.
- Support in the delivery of HR projects on an ad hoc basis.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Ability to confidently conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone).
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
