**The Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to provide a helpful and efficient Learning Resource Centre service which assists staff and students across a range of College programs.

You will be working as part of a team, to participate actively in the day-to-day development and delivery of a responsive, customer-focused service for a number of initiatives.
- Excellent customer service, customer care and interpersonal skills;
- A positive commitment and enthusiasm for working with 16-18 year old students;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate to both students and staff.

**Contract**:Permanent Contract

**Hours**: Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week, Term-time only (part-time will be considered)

Monday - Thursday 09:30 - 17:30

Friday 10:00 - 17:30
