**Job Title** - Clinical Assistant

**Salary** - PS14.00 per hour

**Hours** - Full Time - 36hr contract

Previous experience in a similar setting or role is required.

**Preferred Requirements (not essential)**:

- Driving licence (as you will be required to travel between the homes within Telford area)
- L3 in Children & young people or L3 in health and social care
- Clinical or mental health experience
- Good Communication skills
- Good record keeping skills
- Safeguarding Knowledge
- Experience within children or young people care is highly beneficial.

Description of Role:
To support NCS services with all clinical and complex Tasks, including ordering, storing, administration and auditing of medication.

To complete competencies with the team and ensure the services are clinically compliant, to support YP's with mental health, physical, and Therapeutic needs by completing assessments and clinical key sessions.

Work with other professionals to ensure bespoke clinical support is being offered, such as CHAMS, Psychiatrist, GP'S, Dentist, metal health teams etc.

Be present in the service for hands on support.
