**Financial Services Administrator**

My Guilford based client, with 9 offices across the UK in total, are specialists in risk, pensions, investment, and insurance. Due to growth, they are looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join the team. The purpose of the role is to make sure that new and existing customers' policies are accurately maintained and serviced.

**What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Financial Services Administrator?**
- Communicate confidently with clients and their advisors
- Liaise with third parties where required e.g., banks, investment managers
- Read, and clearly understand documentation relating to each scheme
- Prepare manual calculations to develop an understanding of pensions
- Update the database frequently

**Required Skills and Qualifications of the Financial Services Administrator?**
- Computer Literate
- Previous Pension experience is NOT required however adventurous
- Ability to understand data, to make decisions based on the data
- Keen to progress with a company that can offer structured career progression
- Strong attention to detail, methodical and numerical skillset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
