**Job Summary**
We are a small, friendly accounting and payroll bureau established in 1988 and we are looking for someone to maintain accounts and payroll systems for our many and varied clients.
We are a team of 5 and although each member of staff has their own clients, we all work together closely.
We use Sage50c Accounts, Xero and VT for our book-keeping needs and Sage50 Payroll.
We are based on the business park between Gorleston and Great Yarmouth and have easy access and plenty of parking.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Posting purchases and sales invoices, raising sales invoices, making supplier payments, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, providing clients with monthly figures, operation of weekly or monthly payrolls and maintaining employee and auto-enrolment records. Dealing with clients face to face and on the phone. Dealing with HMRC. Being able to work to deadlines is essential and a degree of flexibility is required.
