Senior Carer

Then come and join our great team to support our Care and Support workers in delivering great care to all our clients. You main responsibilities will be;
- Guiding and mentoring Care and Support Workers
- Supporting with quality assurance such as spot checks, audits on files.
- Conducting client and Care Workers surveys to monitor customer satisfaction.
- Be first point of contact for Care and Support Workers to share concerns informally.
- Support clients with daily activities
- Cover the emergency on-call phone, whenever required (you will be paid extra whenever you are covering on-call)
- To read and write reports and be involved in clients’ reviews and training activities.
- To always adhere to all Caremark’s policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

All our care workers are required to wear full PPE when attending to Service Users

**Experience**:

- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (required)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)
