**How you will make an impact in this role**:
As a Supervisor of a team, you are expected to be at the forefront of everything we do and represent both the customer and our own brands. Reporting directly to the Site Manager your day to day duties will vary from CCTV Control Room duties overseeing the operation in a preventative role to being flexible and proactive on the ground dealing with the public and security team answering visitors issues, providing a safe and secure experience. Below are examples of required duties on a day to day basis, it’s a new role so offers the ability to develop the role as we go.

**56 hours p/w over 5 days**

**6 ON 3 OFF**

**3days, 3 nights, 3 off**

**07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00**

**£17.45 per hour**

**MUST HAVE A VALID SIA LICENCE**
- CCTV Monitoring and Surveillance
- Computer system skills
- Taking Control in Emergency Situations
- Fire, Evacuation, and Emergency management
- Supervision of a small team of Officers, working with the site manager
- Reporting
- Prompting Positive Visitor Experience
- Traffic Management
- Enforcing of all SOP’s
- Liaising with the public

**Essential Skills**:

- SIA Security Licence
- Minimum 1-year Security Experience
- Proven Supervisory & People Management Experience
- CCTV Monitoring Experience
- Ability to work as a team
- Polite & Approachable
- Well presented
- Computer literate with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Fire Safety Awareness
- Good communicator
- 5-year checkable employment history
- SC Clearance required

**Desired Skills**:

- Fire Marshall
- Reception/Concierge Experience
- Knowledge of local emergency procedures
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- First Aid
