Campus Security Supervisor - Wood Street

**Type Role**: Educational Setting Campus Security Supervisor

**Location**: Wood Street Campus, Barnet & Southgate College

**Pay rate**: £12.00 per hour

**Shift Pattern**:Monday Friday.

08.00am - 18.00pm - Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

08.00am - 08.00pm - Tuesdays & Thursdays

You will be an ambassador of the Company and Client to the public and employees therefore this role demands professional approach dealing with all security related issues in a calm professional manner.

**Campus Security Supervisor**:

- Management of the security team on site (3 Officers)
- Rosters and holiday / absence management
- Development of the team and their training
- Dealing with incidents and following correct escalation
- Any other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to manage a team of people.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- First Aid certified.
- Happy for an enhanced DBS to be undertaken.
- I.T skills.
- Door Supervisor SIA licence is essential for the role.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- security: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid at work (required)
- Door Supervisor Licence (required)
