**Position Overview**:
As a Qualified Children Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing direct care and support to the children and young people in our care. Your dedication and passion will help create a safe, nurturing environment where our children can thrive.

**Requirements**:

- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
- Passionate about making a difference
- Driver preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Key Duties**:

- Provide direct care and support to children and young people in our care
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive
- Assist with daily routines and activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
