**Sales Onboarding trainer**

**Location: Office/field based**

**You will be responsible for the delivery of sales training and onboarding of new estate agent branches**

**My client is a well-respected business within the Proptech sphere and is seeking to engage new sales training executives to join their growing team. **
- Are you someone who is passionate about property, sales and people?
- Have you high energy, are you vibrant and enthusiastic?
- Do you have experience in sales or call center environment, with the energy and drive to (over) deliver on targets?
- Do you possess excellent customer service and communication skills, including strong listening, verbal and written communication?

**Main purpose of the role**:
Producing in house training material online, on the phone and in person

Create effective induction programmes for acquisition of new estate agent branches

Support with the effectiveness of the sales organisation, ensuring proper planning, prudence and directions setting to ensure we grow and meet the target in line with the company strategy for new business

You will be very data driven - evaluating sales performance and identifying opportunities across the new business sales performance

Reviewing activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and maximise the delivery of new estate agent branches to Simply

Trustworthy, ethical and discreet. You will be responsible for providing a full range of support to the Sales and Marketing Director and senior team

Own and manage travel & diary planning, reporting and creation of presentations and packs for the Business Development Managers and Head of training

Complete a wide range of other tasks that supports the Sales team in its growth and in the delivery of a best-in-class service to its customers.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**:

- Work with our Onboarding training Manager and BDM’s to prepare and execute sales presentations, sales support materials and case studies
- Collaborate with our outbound sales team to maximise conversion of all new leads into the business
- Support the sales business development team in the assistance and completion of tasks where required to keep all agreed Sales activities and projects on track for a timely delivery
- Work with both Marketing and Sales on strategies to grow our sales pipeline based on your conversations and feedback from prospects
- Arranges travel and accommodation for all business development managers meeting clients outside of the office whilst adhering to company expenses policy
- Manage and update CRM system used within the Sales team
- Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of current market conditions within the estate agency industry
- Lead by example showing pride and passion in delivering a high level of performance to the best of your ability
- Be a role model within the Sales team and all areas of the business
