**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a meticulous Data & Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and data protection requirements. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining our brand integrity and commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage data privacy statements and contracts with data processors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for data protection queries and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay updated on changes to data protection laws and regulations.
- Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data protection compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with the home têxtile industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £41,000.00 per year
