- The hours of work and shift patterns available are**:Monday to Friday 05:30 - 14:30** (Early 13:30 finish on Tuesday)
- The rate of pay is**:£13.34 ph**

Main Responsibilities
- As a Section Leader in our Portions team your key responsibilities will be:_
- Day to day management of a team of around 40 colleagues including absence management
- Planning of labour and production
- Ensuring adherence to strict health, safety and hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers.
- Ensuring products meet the high quality standards required
- An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectively across your team, between departments and at all levels of management
- The ability to motivate others
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to remain focused
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- An adaptable approach

Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be helpful but not essential.

About The Company
UK Poultry represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to consumers via major retailers. Our colleagues work across ten primary sites across the UK, where chickens are transported from nearby farms for processing and at our cutting sites prepared for portioning, deboning, and filleting. UK Poultry predominantly produces private-label products for major retailers.
