**At Wates, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced advisor **to join the team on a hybrid basis working for our Wates Property Services Team. This is a seven-month fixed term contract and is a great time to join the team and support on several key activities supporting business growth which will help shape the future of the team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end employee life cycle working in an efficient and customer focused manner
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee information in the relevant HR databases
- Support the HR team with TUPE
- Work in strict confidentiality

**ABOUT YOU**

**You are
- An efficient and accurate administrator with ideally from within a HR function
- Working knowledge in HR and TUPE / or part CIPD qualified
- Discrete and able to work confidentially
- Clear communicator
