Scrub Practitioner

**Job Description: Scrub Practitioner - Plastics**:
Are you a skilled and experienced Scrub Practitioner looking for a temporary opportunity to work in the exciting field of plastics? If so, Spire Healthcare Ltd has a fantastic opportunity for you at the Spire Shawfair Park Hospital in Edinburgh, South Scotland.

As a Scrub Practitioner in the plastics department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during surgical procedures. You will work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Prepare the operating room and equipment for surgical procedures
- Assist the surgical team during procedures
- Maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment
- Monitor patients during surgery and provide support as needed
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in working order

This temporary position will begin on 17/04/2024 and end on the same day. The shift will start at 07:30:00 and end at 20:30:00, with a payment rate of £426.10 per shift.

**Requirements**:

- Valid NMC or HCPC registration
- Previous experience as a Scrub Practitioner in a surgical setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
