**Job Description**:
We're looking for someone who has worked in a technical role, Knows the difference between agile and waterfall and can argue the merits of Slack vs Jira for longer than you’d care to admit. You will also have the determination to ensure that risk and development standards remain high so our customers can have confidence in the quality we produce.

You’ll help us hit our team objectives by managing the administration and security of the platforms the digital team uses to hit its objectives. This key role is pivotal in ensuring our platforms are available, reliable and approved for use.

The key accountabilities of the role are:

- Own key processes such as ticket creation, refinement session and Quality assurance checks that aid Experian’s delivery of development activity.
- Ensure that Purchase Orders are raised in line with Experian policy and correctly recorded on the budget tracker.
- Become the go to expert for technical aspects of owned platforms
- Ensure availability of owned platforms, including technical trouble shooting and speed resolution of issues.
- Ensure new platforms meet Experian’s technical baseline standards and progress approval with the Information Security Team.
- Ensure the deployment of our cookie & data management activities onsite adhere to all required standards (compliance and technical) including with our third party suppliers and liaise with other relevant teams within Experian (e.g Compliance, ECS).
- Support the management of the user accounts, user review and account renewal process in digital owned platforms, for example Datorama.
- Support the project management of key digital projects producing timelines and confirming progress against plans including communication with key stakeholders.
- Own change request process for all platforms and gain senior management approval
