**Work Location: On the road - Minimum of 15 hours per week agreed beforehand.**

**May be working at various sites so Driving License and own vehicle is a must.**

**General Description**:

- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is a plus
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties

**Key Responsibilities**:
Our Emergency Response Cleaner's key responsibilities include:

- Cleaning in accordance with agreed schedules, both internally and externally. These shall cover daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks.
- Being responsible for keeping storage facilities tidy and locked when not in use in accordance with COSHH regulations.
- Liaising with appropriate members of staff with any concerns regarding tenants’ welfare, fly tipping, tenant issues, drug use or misuse of property or any hazards that may be identified.
- Removing and disposing of litter and tidy the pathways and carparks.
- Carrying out any other cleaning works as directed by the Workforce Manager and the Operations team

**About you**:
Our ideal Mobile Cleaner will have
- At least 2 years’ cleaning experience.
- Experience working within a dispersed team.
- Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment, dealing with difficult and complex situations.
- Full UK drivers license.
