Land Rover Master Technican

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties related to equipment repair and maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
**Duties**:
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance tasks according to established guidelines
- Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete repairs
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Assemble, disassemble, and reassemble equipment components
- Weld or fabricate parts as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and questions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills
