**Technical & Compliance Manager (Electrical Manufacturing)**

**Portsmouth**

**£55,000 - £60,000 + progression + 25 days holiday + benefits**

Are you from a technical background, with electrical & mechanical manufacturing experience, looking to step into a highly autonomous role with a market leading manufacturer of premium rechargeable and battery powered lighting products, which is currentlypushing the boundaries of lighting technology by producing cutting edge rechargeable lighting systems, where you will form an integral part, effectively shaping the future direction of the organisation and playing a pivotal role in their continued success?

You will be responsible for developing Quality Management, Health, Safety and Compliance systems, as well as coaching and developing the production team, within a companywhich is invested in your professional development.

You will have a strong technical background, with electrical and mechanical know-how, from a manufacturing environment, looking to join an ambitious, forward thinking and innovative company.

**The role**:

- Develop, consolidate and expand the business' systems in product quality, business management through ISO 9001, Health, Safety and Environmental
- Improve upon Risk Assessment procedures
- Coach and develop the Production Team, resolving internal and supply chain quality issues
- Ensure compliance

**The person**:

- Technical knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems / machinery from a manufacturing environment
- Some management or supervisory experience
